SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our kittens are shipped with most major airlines; they all have pressurized cabins with climate control systems, the kittens are flown in a special compartment for pets. Our puppies are usually shipped out early in the morning and the kitten is received later on that same day.

How do we ship our kittens?

When you purchase your kittens through our website the first thing that needs to be done is to take the kittens to our Vet, since all of our kittens need to have a health certificate and a vaccination record in order to get on the plane, all airlines will ask for this documentation. Our Vet does a complete health exam on your kittens, which includes a fecal test to check if the kitten is free from any worms or parasites. Then he will issue a health certificate stating that your kitten is in perfect health and it is fit for sale and that I will have no problem shipping out your kittens.

This gives us the guarantee that the kittens we are sending are in perfect health and you will receive a healthy kitten. In any case that he sees that your kittens need to be in a treatment beforehand, the buyer will be notified, we want to make sure that you receive a healthy kitten so please be patient and we hope you understand if this occurs; we only want what is best for our kittens and our clients.

How long will it be before I receive kittens?

Our kittens must be at least 6 to 10 weeks of age or older, they need to have their vaccines up to date in order for us to deliver the puppy to you. If the kitten is 6 to 10 weeks of age or older and he is purchased I can usually deliver the kitten the next business day or the day after depending on what time you buy the kitten. This is because if you buy your kitten in the evening then we will only get a health certificate the next business day and so the delivery may take another extra day.

What happens in the summer when the temperature is too hot for a Kitten?

In the summer, all major airlines have a heat embargo for snub nose cat, so we will not be able to ship any of our kittens via cargo, so we use a special dash service that has a climate control system for delivery, some states that are too hot may not apply, so please call me or email me to verify and I will check which way the kitten can be delivered, but where ever it is it can be done somehow 🙂 just have patience!

How will you deliver our Kittens in the summer.

In the summer it is a bit harder to ship out puppies so please have patience with your booking process, we will do this as we receive authorizations from the airlines so please have a little patience. Instead of the normal 1 day we use to ship kittens out during winter, we use at least 2 days to schedule flights for your kitten to be shipped and delivered to you at your nearest airport or to your home depending on your choice.

Note: I will need at least 1 day to purchase the airline ticket, that is the only way to get good airfares, buying a ticket for the same day will be very expensive, so please have patience when purchasing your puppy, we will do the best we can to get him to you as fast as possible.

Shipping costs will usually run anywhere from $150.00 for nationwide deliveries. I usually include this price in the cost of the puppy so you will not have to pay any extra when picked up.
